You pay shipping of $8.99 for the first item and $2.49 for each additional item.
Your coffee order will ship shortly after it has been roasted, usually within 24 – 72 hours of roasting the coffee. Please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery (holidays and weekends excluded). We automatically choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location. Your shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number(s) so that you can track your shipment online.
We are delighted to ship our freshly roasted coffee to you anywhere in the world. If you would like to place an order outside the United States, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will give you a shipping quote for mail delivery with tracking.
If Clipper Coffee Co. makes a mistake with your order, we will correct the mistake immediately.
We are so sure of the quality of Clipper Coffee that we simply know you will be completely satisfied! However, if you find you don’t agree and would like to return our product, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or (314) 630-6666 within 14 days. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved return for refund will be minus shipping and handling. We do apologize, but we are unable to refund any unauthorized returns.
